No Guaranteed Results
While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, SEO and advertising results cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions).
Service-Based Payments
All payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes:
- SEO services
- Google Ads / PPC campaigns
- Social media advertising
- Website optimization services
Monthly Retainer Services
For monthly plans:
- Clients may cancel services with 7 days prior notice before the next billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing period
Project-Based Work
For one-time or project-based services:
- Refunds are not applicable once the project has started
- If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be considered
Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs
Any budget allocated to advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to third-party providers.
Exceptional Cases
Refund requests (if any) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
